Remembrance — 2

If not love
share me your sorrows
Gaze me with your grief stricken eyes
Unfold me your mulberry desires and lily dreams
Embellish my lap with paper flowers that emanate innocence in chaos
Hold me with your raisin touch and kiss my scarlet lips
Drown me in your malachite eyes and aureolin bloom smile

The color of my memory is unequivocal
Your frozen kisses strewn on the rose of my lips painted like evening frost
of cigars and orange sky
sparkling golden hues of sunrise

Read Remembrance

By Shreya Sharma

I read poems. Sometimes I write poems. And when I am doing nothing, I am sipping coffee.
