Darling you seem so distant like comets and meteors in the dark sky
And yet so close to my heart like moon and the tides
Falling over your arms, infinite.

You my lover my sweetheart
Your gaze is missed –
highly embossed my gemstone face unto my neck with your slow kisses.

Kisses in the mornings
Kisses in the afternoons
And kisses in the endless nights…

My cold skin seek for the intimacy of your sapphire touch –
A touch that stuns my senses in daylight
A touch that loosens all the knots between us in midnight.

Darling, moon is the witness
to the love we cradle in our hearts
While during daylight
the sun shines and glorifies
the apricity of our togetherness.

I read poems. Sometimes I write poems. And when I am doing nothing, I am sipping coffee.
